Dr Daw is a highly experienced and widely respected GP with a nationally accredited extended role (GPwER) in dermatology and skin surgery. She trained at the prestigious Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ (GKT) School of Medicine in London, graduating in 2007, and went on to qualify as a GP in 2012. She has over a decade of experience as a specialist dermatology GP delivering expert care across both the NHS and private sectors. Dr Daw co-founded The Blackwell Clinic with a vision to offer personalised, expert-led care in dermatology, skin surgery, aesthetic medicine, and general practice.

Dr Daw has completed advanced training in dermatology, including a Master’s degree with Distinction, where she focused her research on hair loss conditions. She is also trained in dermoscopy – a specialist tool that helps examine moles and skin lesions in detail, allowing for early and accurate diagnosis. She sees patients with a wide range of skin concerns, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation, genital skin issues, rashes, keloid scars, and all types of hair loss. 

Dr Daw offers thorough skin checks using dermoscopy and can carry out minor procedures to safely remove benign skin lesions like moles, cysts, skin tags and seborrhoeic warts. She also provides treatments such as cryotherapy (freezing therapy), steroid injections for hair loss and scarring, and injections to treat excessive sweating under the arms.

She brings a unique perspective to dermatological care with a strong interest in conditions affecting richly pigmented skin and afro-textured hair. Dr Daw is nationally recognised for her teaching on ethnic hair and scalp disorders, and she remains deeply committed to improving education and outcomes in this field.

In addition to her private work at The Blackwell Clinic, she also consults for NHS Community Dermatology Services and sees private patients at Blackheath and Sloane Hospitals.
