Our phlebotomy service is run by expert clinicians and experienced phlebotomists, with appointments available Monday to Saturday before 6pm. We welcome patients from adolescence through to adulthood, with same-day or same-week slots often available.
Results are returned within typically within 1-4 days via secure email, which you can share with your NHS GP or another clinician at your discretion.

Turnaround time for results is 24–96 hours depending on the tests performed. Once ready, results are emailed securely to the patient via the email address on the records. We encourage all patient to keep copies of their results and this can be forwarded to your NHS GP or consultant.

With most results there will be a report that briefly explains your results. However, if you would want further discussion or clarification then you will be advised to pay for an appointment (virtual or in person as per your preference) with one of our GPs to further discuss. Or the alternative is for you to book an appointment with your NHS GP or specialist clinician to discuss the results.
The procedure involves a brief needle prick, usually in the arm. Our trained phlebotomists make the process quick and as comfortable as possible.
